About the Artist

Eleanor grew up in Duxbury, Massachusetts. She began to explore art, especially photography, in high school at Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA. She continued her art education taking classes in textiles, pottery, silver jewelry, and environmental art while interning and teaching at the Nantucket Island School of Design and the Arts in the summer of 2007. Eleanor earned a BA in Architectural Studies at Connecticut College. At Connecticut College, Eleanor furthered her artistic exploration by working on mixed media pieces, handmade photography, and printmaking based on her own photographs. Currently, Eleanor is living in Rhode Island and working on web design and watercolors, taking classes here and there at the Rhode Island School of Design.
